Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) is a cultural and recreational park located in the eastern part of Jakarta, Indonesia. Opened in 1975, TMII was designed to showcase Indonesia’s rich cultural diversity and to represent the nation’s 34 provinces through traditional architecture, artifacts, and performances. The park spans 150 hectares and is an immersive experience that introduces visitors to the many ethnic groups, languages, and cultures found across the vast Indonesian archipelago.
The park features various pavilions representing each province, displaying traditional clothing, crafts, architecture, and cultural performances.
