Sekumpul Waterfall is often considered one of Bali’s most beautiful and hidden treasures, located in the northern part of the island, near the village of Sekumpul in Buleleng. Known for its stunning beauty and peaceful setting, Sekumpul is a collection of seven waterfalls cascading down a lush jungle ravine, with the main waterfall standing at about 80 meters tall. The waterfall is surrounded by towering trees, vibrant plant life, and a cool, misty atmosphere, creating a serene and almost magical environment.
Reaching Sekumpul Waterfall requires a bit of an adventure. The hike to the waterfall takes visitors through dense jungle and rural landscapes, with a mix of steep descents, rocky paths, and river crossings. However, the effort is well worth it. As you approach the falls, you’re greeted with a breathtaking view of multiple streams of water tumbling down from the cliffs, creating a picturesque and awe-inspiring scene. Visitors can swim in the natural pools at the base of the waterfall, making it a perfect spot for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike.
